Meet our directors

Cory Bedford
Cory started Constructure in 2008. He has extensive experience in the structural design of buildings across a range of construction methods and building types. His focus is ensuring Constructure provides an unmatched level of service throughout New Zealand. -
James Knight
James has led Constructure’s Auckland office since 2015. In that time he has developed numerous valuable relationships with architects, builders and project managers across the region. James has a keen interest in architecture and is always happy to volunteer for site inspections (especially when a good surf beach is nearby). -
Ciaran Hickey
Ciaran started with Constructure in 2015. He is tasked with producing detailed drawings and carrying out site inspections. Ciaran is now based in Wanaka where he brings Constructure’s services to Southern Lakes’ architects and builders. An avid mountain biker, tramper and skier, Ciaran is a natural fit for the region. -
Nathan Moore
Nathan has been with Constructure from its early days in 2009. He has worked in both Christchurch and London on a large range of projects, from suspension bridges to tower blocks and residential developments. Nathan has a keen interest in all things cycling-related and loves to spend time in the outdoors with his wife and two sons. -
Rob Dickie
Prior to joining Constructure in 2017 Rob worked with both consultants and contractors. He prides himself on using his background experience to provide efficient and practical designs, as well as getting the right building for the client. -
Georgina Vink
Georgina’s career has seen her working in Australia, Canada and New Zealand on a variety of residential and mixed use buildings. At Constructure, she works closely with architects to develop solutions that meet their unique needs, while also creating practical details for builders on site. -
Peter Sullivan
Peter has over 20 years’ experience as a structural engineer. Prior to joining Constructure in 2022, Peter was a director of a small Christchurch engineering practice where he worked on a wide range of projects. Peter understands the importance of working collaboratively with the design team and enjoys developing innovative and practical structural solutions.
